I was so excited to be the photographer for Dan and Julia's wedding at Rockley Manor in Marlborough. I've known them both for a long time both before they met and then as a couple and to be the person capturing the moments of them becoming Mr and Mrs was a real privilege.
Julia and I had spoke a lot in the lead up to the wedding about what she and Dan wanted for their pictures. This was invaluable and something I encourage couples to do as it makes taking the pictures on the day so much easier as both parties (me and the couple) are on the same page with what we want to accomplish.
As Dan and Julia had been upfront about the type of images they wanted from their day we set time aside accordingly so that they didn't miss too much of the day they'd organised or seeing the people that had joined them. The results were some really fun bride with bridesmaids shots, couple set ups and formal group shots with friends and family. Julia and Dan's style and personal taste shone through at this wedding and the array of images I was able to capture is testament to this. Even their beloved bulldog Mr Dudwee got involved in the action, although he was more interested in running around the beautiful grounds rather than pose for photos!
